Personal profile
Professor Dan Huang and his team have long been dedicated to the study of mechanical properties and failure analysis, as well as the safety assessment of engineering materials and structures. In addition, they have conducted significant research in mechanical modeling and simulation analysis, developing independent and controllable CAE software. This research has been applied across various fields including civil engineering, water conservancy, marine engineering, machinery, aerospace, energy engineering, and the development of new high-performance materials and structures. Professor Huang has led over 40 major national research projects. These include the National Key Research and Development Program, key and upper-level projects under the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), sub-topics of the National Key Basic Research and Development Program ("973" Program), and topics under the National Science and Technology Support Program. Furthermore, he has independently authored over 200 papers and secured more than 20 software copyrights.
